Character transactions — teaching and learning
Advanced disciplines
Vampire PCs may teach up to their Advanced powers that they possess in-clan. For someone not based in Bridgeport to learn from a Bridgeport PC, Bridgeport STs must sign off and the STs of the student’s home chronicle.
Combination disciplines
The teacher must have one of the requisite Disciplines in-clan. If a Combination Discipline requires Coord approval, work with BBC staff to secure that approval before any teaching or learning is documented on the student’s sheet.
Viable source
The teacher must still be of Active status at the time the student purchases the approved item. If they die or become unplayable before that purchase, you will need to problem-solve.
Registering approved Rare and Unusual
Once the criteria are fulfilled and the Head Storyteller gives final approval, the HST or AST will ask you to send it to the archivist to be registered. When submitting to the archivist you must CC [email protected].
Send to [email protected] in this format:
- Player Name
- Character Name
- Clan
- Sect: Sabbat
- Game: Bridgeport by Night Dark Colony: Bound by Blood and Caine
- RNU
Interactions outside Bridgeport
All characters based out of Bridgeport are required to CC the Staff List on all downtime interactions. If a downtime scene happens in person, send a summary as soon as it is reasonable.
Staff must be CC’d on all interactions with Coord and SubCoord level NPCs, and CC’d or given a prompt summary on any downtime scene that causes a permanent or semi-permanent change to a character sheet (any change that lasts longer than three months).
