Teacher must have one requisite Discipline in-clan. Coord-gated combos need approval before teaching is documented.

Burning Wrath

Spend one blood. For the remainder of the scene:

Brawling attacks deal an additional level of aggravated damage.
Bonus Physical Traits Burning and Searing.
Bonus Social Trait Intimidating.

Diplomat’s Boon

Cannot be used to violate OWbN’s bylaws for affirmative consent. Otherwise as written.

Forced Internment

Requires two Simples, like staking. No retests on those two simples.

Pater Szlachta

May not gain more than 6 Physical Traits from this power. Does not “break caps.”

Psychic Double

As with Psychic Projection: blood expenditures are not allowed.

Quickened Instincts

Does not negate Surprise. Merely permits spending blood for Celerity if surprised.

See the Reflected Form

As per book.

Shatterproof

Spend 1 Willpower, gain Armour levels equal to your Fortitude rating.

Under the Skin

Requirements: Auspex 3; Presence 3 (Toreador only). Cost: 6 XP.

Masters of social persuasion must know what makes others tick. After at least thirty seconds of conversation (~12 posts online, both characters), best the target in a Social Challenge (retest Empathy). Extra traits bid provide further impact:

Traits bid	Effect
1	Target is speechless with embarrassment and rage; broods for the scene (bid another trait on all socials)
2	Target storms out enraged (bid two extra traits on all socials for a scene or hour)
3	Target becomes violent toward the Toreador (must take violent offensive action; frenzy at diff 4 at 1 trait penalty)
4	Target becomes violent toward themselves (same frenzy test)
5	Target enters frenzy

Target may spend Willpower equal to half the traits spent (round down) to reduce effectiveness by one grade, or spend one Willpower to suppress only the frenzy. If suppressed, they enter frenzy in 10 minutes.

Vicente de las Navas de Tolosa’s Holy Shield

Rather than a minimum number of successes, the user is up a number of traits equal to their Obtenebration rating. The target must bid additional traits equal to the user’s Path rating (max +5).
